Dara and Ciara run Ursa Minor Bakehouse in Ballycastle, Northern Ireland. Inspired by the cafe and self-sustainable culture they saw while travelling together in New Zealand the couple started Ursa Minor in their home kitchen, supplying local cafes and restaurants with amazing breads and sweet bakes on the glorious Antrim Coast.
