Compagnie XY: After the Rain
After the Rain is a new work by Compagnie XY inspired by the people and the city of Derry in Northern Ireland. First performed inside the Guildhall and outside in Guildhall Square, Derry City, on 27th and 28th August 2023, the work completed a year-long project with artists and communities in the city, beginning with a production of Les Voyages Derry-Londonderry in September 2022 and ending with the delivery of After The Rain. Commissioned by IWM 14-18 NOW Legacy Fund in partnership with Ulster Presents at Ulster University and was co-produced by In Your Space Circus, Derry, in association with Circusful, Belfast and supported by Institut Francais.
